In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 1ex bet online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 1exbet.casino and any associated mobile interface.
• "1ex bet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all its associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered individual who holds an active account on the 1ex bet Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 1ex bet Platform, associated with a unique mobile number or email address.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency used for all financial transactions on the 1ex bet Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within a Player's 1ex bet account, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, free spin value, or other incentive credited to a Player's account by 1ex bet under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, which may include submission of CNIC, proof of address, or payment method documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or associated winnings become withdrawable.

By registering an account on the 1ex bet Platform, making a deposit, or accessing any game, betting market, or feature on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional terms, rules, or policies published on the 1ex bet Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

To register and maintain an active account on the 1ex bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1ex bet does not permit access to any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the 1ex bet Platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 1ex bet Platform or have an account that was previously permanently closed for Terms violations.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

Each eligible individual may register only one account on the 1ex bet Platform. The existence of multiple accounts — whether created under different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms regardless of intent.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address (where applicable), your date of birth, and your city and province of residence. This information is used for account verification, KYC compliance, and support communication purposes.

1ex bet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time by requesting supporting documentation. If registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, 1ex bet may suspend or permanently close the account at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1ex bet account credentials, including your login password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

1ex bet will never contact you by any channel to request your full password. Any communication purportedly from 1ex bet requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must notify 1ex bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• 1ex bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you shared your credentials with a third party.
• You are advised to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number as an additional layer of account protection.

All deposits to the 1ex bet Platform are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted, subject to availability and minimum transaction amounts:

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in the depositing Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 1ex bet reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources before crediting the Player's wallet.

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their 1ex bet wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to PKR payment accounts and bank accounts registered in the account holder's name.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 1ex bet may require the Player to complete the KYC verification process, including submission of a valid CNIC copy and proof of ownership of the relevant payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion without prejudicing the Player's entitlement to the funds.

• Standard withdrawal processing times are under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and 2–4 hours for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and MCB.
• 1ex bet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 1ex bet's control.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 1ex bet reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing times.

1ex bet offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

The Welcome Bonus available to first-time depositing players at 1ex bet matches the initial deposit up to a maximum of 5,000,000 PKR. The applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Each Player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim the bonus multiple times will be permanently closed.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active in a Player's account at any given time unless 1ex bet expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's wallet.
• 1ex bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has made a qualifying deposit, existing bonus funds already credited will not be affected.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are subject to the same payment method restrictions as real-money funds.

All games and betting markets on the 1ex bet Platform operate according to specific game or market rules published within the relevant game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

For sports betting markets — including cricket, UFC, HBL Pakistan Super League, Cockfighting, and other markets available on the 1ex bet Platform — the following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1ex bet does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances where a market is voided by 1ex bet due to an error or event cancellation.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed errors, or human input errors — 1ex bet reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Live in-play betting markets at 1ex bet operate subject to live data feed accuracy. 1ex bet will not be liable for losses arising from delays in live data that are outside the platform's reasonable control.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG certification details are available in each game's information panel. 1ex bet does not manipulate RNG outputs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ex bet Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and relevant funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating more than one 1ex bet account, whether in your own name or any other name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or bonus structures in a manner not intended by 1ex bet, including systematic bonus abuse through coordinated account networks.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tools to interact with the 1ex bet Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in betting or gaming markets to achieve outcomes that are not the result of independent individual wagering decisions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party who is not eligible to hold an account under these Terms.

1ex bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after it has been requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Non-use of the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach and funds are forfeited, 1ex bet will provide written notice to the Player's registered contact details explaining the reason for closure. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute as described in Clause 17.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the 1ex bet support team via WhatsApp or Telegram. Where a real-money balance remains at the time of voluntary closure, it will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

1ex bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered Player directly within the account dashboard, without any requirement to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that generate an on-screen notification at defined intervals during active play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension to their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing the account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which closes the 1ex bet account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

All content on the 1ex bet Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1ex bet or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1ex bet.

Game titles and associated assets are the intellectual property of their respective certified developers and game providers. These providers retain all rights in their content, and 1ex bet operates under licence. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract game software or data from the 1ex bet Platform is strictly prohibited and will be pursued as a legal matter.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1ex bet shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, PKR balances, or business opportunities arising from interruptions to Platform availability, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including account security obligations.
• Technical failures of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or any Pakistani bank, that cause delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature arising from the use of, or inability to use, the 1ex bet Platform.

1ex bet's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Player's verified real-money PKR wallet balance at the time of the incident.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By registering a 1ex bet account, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction and that 1ex bet bears no responsibility for a Player's failure to comply with local laws.

Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and at their own risk in respect of local legal compliance. 1ex bet provides the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable international platform operation standards.

1ex bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made — including changes that affect Player rights, bonus policies, or withdrawal procedures — 1ex bet will provide notice to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 1ex bet Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

For any queries regarding these Terms & Conditions, or to raise a formal dispute about an account decision, payment, or game outcome, Players should contact the 1ex bet support team using the details below. All dispute communications should be made in English.

The 1ex bet support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is staffed by English-speaking agents who are trained on the full Platform and these Terms. Disputes will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 business days for standard matters.
